Charlene Ora

With over 20 years of experience in high tech and consulting I was on a constant search for ways to stay grounded, connected, and purposeful. I ventured into non-profit for two years and felt connected to the mission but wasn't satisfied in the work.  I still didn't feel like I was living my purpose. I returned to technology consulting with my prior consulting company in Seattle; having been asked back to "rejoin the family". The core values, the people, the purposeful work at the company I work for are all extremely satisfying. But it was only as I started to work with people internally as a people manager, mentor, and coach that I realized where my true passion lies. Helping people grow, reach their potential, and balance their work with their lives and show up with vulnerability and authenticity is at the core of my passion; it's what fills me up and fuels me in my other pursuits. 

After returning to technology consulting, I went through a major change in my personal life. I relocated to San Francisco to start anew. I sought out a life coach to dive deeper into this transformation period and explore where it was I wanted to direct my energy - who was I in this new landscape and how did I want to show up to lead a more satisfying and balanced life? It was through my own work with a life coach, that I woke up to what my true calling is. To give back the same gift, healing power, and support to those also asking the life's questions and wanting to lead a more purposeful and rich life.

I continue on my own journey of greater self discovery, honesty, compassion and a truly heart centered way of living. It is my greatest honor to work with others on their own path.
