To begin our journey together, we will start with an initial consult. In this half hour together, we will simply talk about what you desire from working with a coach: what are your objectives, goals, desires, and truth seeking you wish to explore. From here we can determine together which of the following programs work for you.

A place to start. This can be the hardest part! You know you are ready for the next move, a change, or simply something more. Whether you know what that is and need help going after it or you really don't know - together we will ask the right questions and BEGIN. Within this program we will start with a two-hour intention setting session and then meet every other week for 60 minutes. 

Duration: 3 Months

Furthering your Reach

You're committed. You are ready to dive deeper and travel further to reach your goals and desires. Everything you want is obtainable and within reach. The answers are right there. But you know in order to do the real work you are going to need more time to peel back the layers. You are right where you should be and courage is at your back to propel you forward. Together let's move forward into an even deeper level of understanding and truth. As with the beginning, we start with a two-hour intention setting session and then we will meet every other week for 60 minutes. 

Duration: 6 Months 

Integration Revelation 

A full year of holding space to seek out your truest desires, passions, and pursuits within a customized program. Your life is waiting for you. You are ready to harness all of life's energy to live a fully enriched, balanced, loving and wholly integrated way of being. In career, relationships, body vitality, and spiritual connection. Whatever this means to you, I will be there to walk alongside you as you tap into your limitless potential and live the life you seek. This program includes the intention setting session and the bi-weekly meetings plus a full day intensive. With this program you also have VIP access to me as you need via phone, email, and text.
